Fresh Paint ($549) is a repaint and material or siding swap on your existing home, with no structural changes. Back to the Studs ($849) is for a substantive renovation: new structures, windows, elevation changes and finishes. Blueprint Renders ($1,249) turns architectural drawings you supply into a realistic render, with suggested finishes and colors.

Every product includes one exterior view, two free revisions, and a standard two-week turnaround. Additional views are $200 each, and you can add them when you order or later from your project page.

Only for finishing touches. Every design is drawn by hand by a real designer in professional editing tools, based on your photos, your notes and what's actually possible for your renovation or build. Nothing is prompted or templated. AI is used only at the end to clean up realism.

A clear, well-lit landscape photo at least 2000px wide, shot straight-on to the side of the house you want rendered. Daylight is ideal and overcast days work well. Avoid steep angles, harsh shadows, and cars or bins blocking the facade where you can.

Send the best photo you have. If it doesn't give our designers enough to work from, we'll email you before work begins and explain what a better shot would need. Usually that's a wider frame, a straighter angle or better light.

Yes. Blueprint Renders is built for this. Upload your architectural drawings and we'll produce a realistic exterior render with suggested finishes and colors.

Your photos are stored privately and used only to produce your renders. We never sell them. We'd love to feature great projects in our portfolio, but we'll ask first, and we only use your renders if you say yes.

Standard turnaround is two weeks. Need it sooner? The 5-day rush is +$250 for the first view and +$50 for each additional view. The 48-hour rush is +$500 for the first view and +$100 for each additional view.

Open your project in the online viewer and drop pin comments exactly where you want changes, like "try white trim here" or "warmer stone on this column." Our designers work from those pins for the next round.

Two free revisions per project. After that, revisions are $100 per view, and you choose which views to revise so you never pay to redo everything.

Once a round is delivered, you have 30 days to approve it or request a revision. We'll email a reminder about a week before the deadline. If you haven't acted after 30 days, the round is approved automatically and the project is marked complete.

High-resolution digital renders of each view you ordered, delivered to your project page, where they stay available after the project is complete. Approved renders also include shoppable product pins for furniture, lighting and plants that you can buy through our cart.

Yes. Your renders are licensed for your personal use, which includes sharing them with family, contractors, designers and suppliers to plan your project. Nest & Roots keeps the copyright. See our Terms of Service for details.

Realtors can use renders to market the specific property that was rendered, in listings, flyers and social posts. Please label them as a visualization of potential updates and not the home's current condition.

No. Renders are artistic visualizations, not architectural or engineering drawings. Colors on screen can also differ from real materials, so always check physical samples before you buy paint or finishes.

Yes, as long as you haven't submitted your brief. Email hello@nestandroots.com and we'll cancel and refund you in full. Once our designers start work we can't offer refunds, but your two free revisions are there to get it right.

Physical products are final sale unless an item arrives defective or damaged. In that case, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Cancel anytime from the Subscription page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your remaining renders until then. We don't give partial refunds for unused time.

No. Your monthly render allowance resets at the start of each billing period, and unused renders don't carry over.
